As a professional people-person, I’m obsessed with providing functional, reliable, user-friendly, and meaningful experiences for human beings… but I didn’t always know I was a UX practitioner.
I spent 14 years working as a waiter in fine dining, iterating on the UX process 10-15 times per night.
Over thousands of iterations, I grew into a top performer and trainer at premier restaurant groups, discovering passions for bringing relentless focus to the guest experience, thinking on my feet, multitasking, teamwork, and mentorship.
When I’m not wielding whiteboard markers, sticky notes, and Figma prototypes, you’ll find me climbing at Vertical Endeavors, mountain biking at Lebanon Hills, cooking for my household, or playing with my extremely cool daughter, Maeve.
